You really have been working hard at your goals so far this year and you are finally beginning to see some of the fruits of your labor. But this is not the time to slack off but instead double down on your goals. In the book "Go for No: Yes is the Destination, No is How You Get There" by Andrea Waltz and Richard Fenton share a little gem about how to achieve your goals and that is to go for no. Instead of setting your goals for how many yes's you get set your goals for how many no's you get. Not only will it stretch your comfort zone but you will also begin to feel that rejection and failure are not bad things but instead things that help you achieve your goals. Another good point this book made was that when you are told no ask that person why they said no. This will help you determine their need so that you can better meet their needs either now or in the future.

When you change how you view your goals and how you work towards them you will see that not only are you growing extremely well but you are also learning a lot about yourself. And when you learn about yourself and what you do then you can expand your capabilities and abilities so that you can grow even more. There is no such thing as done with personal development. I live by the philosophy that when you stop learning you start dying and I think that today's card stresses that. How do you achieve material success? By developing yourself personally and professionally.
