As you grow the environment around you changes. Take time today to notice how things have changed in your life with all the growing you have been doing. Notice how your relationships have changed, how your home has changed, how your work environment has changed, and how you are adapting to all this change. For when one thing changes everything in that environment has to also change.

This is not saying that change is bad, in fact change is great! It is through change that you are able to grow as a person and improve who you are. But as you change the simple fact that your environment changes cannot be avoided. But once you look at all the changes that have been made you will see that they are changes for the good and you will start to worry less about them. I bet that you will even begin to love how things have changed for the better and will work hard at making sure that these changes continue and get better.
